Hues

When the world goes perspective,
Life starts gaining the loss of identity.
White turns black, Red turns pink,
Childhood strokes become confusing.
Doubtful fingers fidget to express their heart.
Frustration creeps in, agitation swells up,
Till the memories desperately claw on conventions.
The fingers, doubtful still, seize the childish crayon...
Superficial canvas brims with hues,
A flight to the known world.

  2. but perspective is something which you can't wipe out
and you know wat it's all about...

between the White and the Black...
And a Jill and a Jack...

you will find the spectrum of the rainbow...
perfectly blended against the backdrop of a cloudy sky...

that's when you realise life's nuances...
in between the monotony...lies your chances...

to be the child you crave for...
to live the life that you adore...

it's true that at times...the world seems to be a burden...
perhaps then only we realise the importance of the mighty pen...

superficiality then wont be as annoying as it seems...
till we have the wands to weave our dreams...

  4. I am new here...So I don't know of your older works but this one was very good.It straddles in a world of its own.And i love the tinge of rebellion, the touch of irony and the bottled up nostalgia. And as much as it harks back to the past it looks up to the future as well...
